You can shift an additional 2 squares and gain combat advantage against the next enemy you target with an attack after you use your Goblin Shift power.

Prerequisite: Goblin

Benefit: Goblin's can move with incredible skill and flexibility when they're pressed to do so. You can shift an additional two spaces when your use your "Goblin Shift" racial encounter power, and gain combat advantage against the next enemy you target with an attack after you use your Goblin Shift power.
