Goblin Lineage [Lineage]
One of your parents was a goblin, and you have inherited their sneakiness.
Prerequisite: Non-goblin (but have a goblin parent)
Benefit: You can use goblin tactics as an encounter power. You gain a +1 racial bonus to Reflex. You can take feats that have Goblins or goblin tactics as prerequisties as long as you meet any other requirement.
