Gloves, Battle variant These gloves allow you to kick-butt while unarmed. When worn you immediately gain access to the Improved Unarmed Strike feat. You do not gain this feat permanently nor can this be used to qualify for any prerequisites. They offer no bonus to grapple checks either and cannot be worn in conjunction with a shield.
Any attempt to wield a weapon while wearing these gloves gives a -2 penalty to attack roles and a -4 penalty to off-handed attack roles. They do give a +2 circumstance bonus against being disarmed though.
These gloves are made from leather and often have metal plates, sharp edges, or even spikes. They come in many colors and can be very fashionable in certain circles.
