Mutant Human is an individual that was exposed to a mutagen.
Moreau is an individual who had ancestors created in a lab by grafting specific animal DNA to human DNA.
Sleeper is an individual that miraculously survived induced cryo-sleep, and, wasn't killed by unfamiliar inhabitants of the cryogenics facility.
