Gatryons are vast horse-like creatures with six legs and blue or purple manes that are occasionally used as mounts by giants, whose language they can speak. They sometimes lead herds of horses or run alongside centaurs, but amongst themselves, they organise by age and size, the oldest running at the head of the herd, and foals running alongside their parents. |
