More information...

A small ball fur with a pair of big, round eyes, a pair of triangle shaped ears and four little paws sits before you, mewing. When you attack it, it transforms, leaving you only seconds to regret your decision as it tears you apart.

An alchemical disaster, fuzzies are the failed result of trying to create a greater homonculus. Small and cute, it seems harmless -untill you threaten it. Fuzzies were created with the combat skills of a greater homonculus, but they are dormant, activated only when the fuzzy is threatened. They are able to asexually reproduce, but only when experiencing a high level of affection, as many unfortunate wizards discovered. Even though a Fuzzy may appear to a normal animal, it is still a construct and does not need to eat. However if, by chance, it does eat something, it will activate a hidden flaw in the programming that gives the fuzzy a biochemical equivalent of hunger except that it can never be quenched. This flaw also causes the material that it eats to convert into flesh, fur, blood, muscle, ect and cause it to begin to grow. It's not uncommon for the fuzzy to grow three times as larger than its master and accidently eat the forementioned master. If you haven't figured yet, this is a joke creature used only to lighten the mood or even the scales if the players get to powerful.

Combat[edit]

In its normal state, fuzzies are useless. They do not try to attack and knows not the concept of retreat. Once its attack mode has been activated, it will start attacking the person or creature that caused the activation no matter if its friend or foe. Eventaully, the unstability of its programing will cause it to go beserk and attack anything with sight.

Attack Mode(Ex): When harmed or threatened, the Fuzzy will activate attack mode. As mentioned before, the Fuzzy will attack the person/creature that harmed or threatened it. The fuzzy will only deactivate its attack mode if its creator commands it to, succeeding a Charisma Check with a DC check equal to the distance between the master and the fuzzy and the number of rounds that passed since it activate its attack mode plus 10 (assuming he's still alive).

Duplication(Ex): Fuzzies are loving creatures (despite being a construct) and will natural grow attached to its master and anything that treats it nicely. Once the fuzzy's affection reaches an unchangable climax, it will begin to asexaully reproduce, temporarly growing twice it's size in a matter of 1d4 months, before spitting out a ball of hair the same size as it was before this growth and returns to its normal size. The hair ball then sprouts ears, a pink nose and four little paws. The process ends with the newly created fuzzy (an exact duplicate of the parent fuzzy) opening its large, round eyes. The parent and child fuzzy will naturally love each other and unless each fuzzy is seperated from all contact with other living life-forms, will continue to asexually reproduce.

Unquenchable Hunger(Ex): Constructs require no food to eat. However, if a Fuzzy is fed, an obscene flaw in its programming will cause it to acquire a hunger-like biochemical reaction that will cause it to eat without satisfaction.

Metabolistic Growth(Ex): When a Fuzzy eats, the object it eats is transformed into a part of its body, causing to grow slightly. Considering that once a Fuzzy starts eating, it can never stop, it grow most likely at a random rate. Every ten rounds it spends eating, it will become one size larger and is appopriately modified to its new size. A fuzzy will most likely try to eat anything two size categories smaller than itself (which will eventually include its master).

Construction[edit]

A homonculus is created by accident when trying to create a greater homonculus. However, any records kept leading up the intial attempt at the homonculus' failed creation has either been destroyed or lack any information to which may explain to how a fuzzy could be created on purpose. Refer to Greater Homonculus for more information.
