With a flick of your wrist, your target experiences a sudden moment of clumsiness. With this you can prevent the getaway of a cowardly villain, or embarrass the guard drawing his sword. | |

Immediate Interrupt | Ranged 10 |
Trigger: A creature in the burst runs, makes a double move, or draws a weapon. | |
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will | |
Hit: If the target took a run or double move action, it falls prone. If the target drew a weapon, it is disarmed until the end of your next turn. | |
Effect: The target takes a -2 penalty to Reflex until the end of your next turn. |
