Blizzard Aura. Unless the giant is incapacitated, the air in a 30-foot area around it is lightly obscured by constant winds and snowfall. The giant can end the blizzard or start it again at any time (no action required). At the start of each of the giant's turns while the blizzard is active, each creature within 5 feet of it takes 10 (3d6) cold damage.

Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the giant to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant damage or from a critical hit. On a success, the giant drops to 1 hit point instead.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The giant makes two greataxe attacks.

Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d12 + 6) slashing damage or 29 (3d12 + 1d6 + 6) slashing damage to a creature with the giant's hunter's mark.

Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage or 31 (4d10 + 1d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage to a creature with the giant's hunter's mark.

BONUS ACTIONS

Arisen Vengeance. The giant casts hunter's mark as a 5th-level spell. Wisdom is its spellcasting ability.

Hear my words, Ølvar Sigváldssen! As you slay a giant, a giant shall slay you! And by the time that giant's axe finds your neck, you shall be hated by all, even your own sons!
—Excerpt from the Saga of Sigváldssen, a twelve-part epic loosely based on the feud between the warrior-king Ølvar Sigváldssen and the frost giant Torbrog Glacier-Bones

When a slain frost giant is brought into undeath, the giant may rise as a frost giant aptrgangr instead of the intended undead. An aptrgangr stands at the heart of a constantly raging blizzard and can freeze enemies solid just by standing near them.
The arisen giants retain all their memories from before their deaths and are overcome with the need to avenge themselves. This vengeance can take many forms. A giant killed by a rival, monster or band of adventurers would only be satisfied by bloody retribution, while one who died of disease might set out to find a cure or provide aid to one suffering from the same illness. Once the giant's desire is met, the aptrgangr will collapse into ice and snow, returning to eternal rest. If the giant finds that it is impossible to find vengeance for whatever reason, for instance, the giant's killer is already dead, the aptrgangr will make do with whatever can be managed, such as killing one or more of the killer's descendants.
Other frost giants consider interfering with a frost giant aptrgangr's quest to be meddling in divine will, so they give these undead giants a wide berth.

Undead Nature. A frost giant aptrgangr doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
