Freezing Footsteps, Perfect [Dance Style]

Prerequisite: Perfect Gemini Dance, Freezing Footsteps (Greater)

Benefit: When Dancing a Gemini Dancer with this feat is surrounded by great cold. Any foe within 30' must make a fortitude save each round or be unable to move from its current square. It also suffers a -2 penalty to AC and to attacks.

Normal: Any save DCs are equal to 10 + half the Gemini dancer's class level + her charisma modifier.
