Transformation. A Titan shifter can transform into a Titan, in this case, the Founding Titan. When the Titan shifter in human (or humanoid) form has a purpose in his or her heart and damages themselves, he or she shifts into a Titan. The Titan forms out of air and manifests in seconds. The shifters Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores stay the same. Once the Titan shifter wants to revert back to humanoid form, he or she will pop out of the Titan's nape, and the body will slowly melt into steam. Transforming into the Founding Titan takes a huge amount of energy.

Curse of Ymir. Thirteen years after it's first transformation the shifter will die.

Siege Monster. The Founding Titan deals double damage to objects and structures.

Regeneration. All Titans have the uncanny ability to regenerate. On the start of each of its turns, the Founding Titan regains 50 hit points and recovers body parts. For context, a head will regenerate within 2 minutes, and eyes will regenerate within 1. The Founding titan can spend its action to fully regenerate one limb.

Weak Point. The nape of the Founding Titan's neck is a weak point. An attack which specifically targets the Founding Titan's nape deals damage to the person inside. If the person inside dies, the Titan will die. You must climb up the Founding Titan to the nape with a Melee attack, or you can try to shoot it with a ranged weapon at disadvantage

ACTIONS

Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 240 ft., one target. Hit: X (11d10 + 30) bludgeoning damage.

Create pure Titan. Target humanoid has to make a dc 15 + Founding Titan's Wisdom, wisdom saving throw. On a success nothing happens but the Founding Titan is no longer able to use this ability on that humanoid for a day. On a fail the humanoid intently transforms into a pure Titan under the Founding Titans control.

Alter Life form Target willing living thing falls under the effect of the Alter Self spell or becomes immune to a damage type or condition of The Founding Titans choice. The Alter Self spell and the immunity both ten minutes.

Telepathic communication The Founding Titan can telepathically connect with any and all titan shifters in a 100ft radius.

Memory manipulation The Founding Titan was able to modify the minds and memories of the Subjects of Ymir, even entire populations at once. The founding titan can modify the memory of any titan shifter as well as any pure titan it has created.

The Founding Titan (始祖の巨人 Shiso no Kyojin?, also translated as Progenitor Titan) was one of the Nine Titans and the first of all Titans. Its Scream (叫び Sakebi?) could create and control other Titans and modify the memories and body compositions of the Subjects of Ymir, but this power had historically only been able to be used by members of the royal family.

According to Marley's Titan Biology Research Society, the Founding Titan was the point where the paths connecting all Subjects of Ymir and Titans cross. Because of this, those who hail from Marley sometimes called it the "Coordinate" (座標 Zahyō?).

Eren's Founding Titan form is known as Doomsday Titan[4] (終尾の巨人 Shūbi no Kyojin?)
