Temporary boost the defenses of a creature by encasing them in a stronger forcefield. You cast the spell upon a creature (or upon yourself) and immediately they are encapsulated in a transluscent sphere of energy that provides them with protection for a limited period of time. Solids, liquids, and gasses such as air, water, or more can pass through the sphere but anything that would cause damage to the subject inside of it meets magical resistance.
The subject gains:
- +2 deflection bonus to AC per caster level (maximum +30).
- Damage Reduction equal to 2 (-/-).
- Spell Resistance equal to 10 + caster level (maximum 25)
