Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Focalor is a mighty duke of hell, commanding thirty legions of demons. He can drown men, overthrow warships, and has powers over wind and sea. He appears as a humanoid with griffin's wings.
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Coming End that Waits. You know the gust cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the create or destroy water spell once. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the gust of wind spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Thousand Drowned. You have resistance to cold damage. You can also hold your breath for up to 15 minutes. This trait replaces the Hellish Resistance trait.
