Antimagic Susceptibility. The fob-watch flyer is incapacitated while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, the fob-watch flyer must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or fall unconscious for 1 minute.

False Appearance. While the fob-watch flyer remains motionless and isn't flying, it is indistinguishable from a fob-watch (although the hands are constantly at 12 o'clock).

Flyby. The fob-watch flyer doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

ACTIONS

Spinning Chain. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage. The fob-watch flyer moves 10 feet away from the target.

The fob-watch flyer is a construct summoned by clockwork golems. When created, they flit around the golem. When an enemy arrives, they form into swarms if there are enough of them and try to weaken their foe for their creator.

Constructed Nature. A fob-watch flyer doesn't require air, food, drink or sleep
