Slush Form. The slush can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. A creature that starts its move in the slush's space must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check or fall prone.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The slush makes two slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage and 4 (1d8) cold damage.

Frost Breath (Recharge 6). The slush exhales a blast of freezing slush in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

A flowing slush is an amorphous mass of ice and freezing water and those who stand near it are exposed to bone-chilling cold.
A flowing slush can exhale blasts of ice, though its preferred method of fighting is to surround its enemies in its body and pummel them to death, their escape hindered by the slippery slush.

Elemental Nature. A flowing slush doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
