Flicker (1/day). As a bonus action, the flickerer can flicker in and out of sight for a time. For 1 minute, nonmagical ranged weapon attacks made from more than 30 feet from it have disadvantage.
Innate Spellcasting. The flickerer's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 10, +2 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells:
At Will: thunderclap
1/day: ice knife
Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage.
