Saving Throws Cha +3 Innate Spellcasting. The flickerer's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 11, +3 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells: At will: thunderclap ACTIONSScimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage. BONUS ACTIONSFlicker (1/Day). The flickerer magically begins flickering in and out of sight for 1 minute. For the duration, weapon attacks made against it have disadvantage.

Flickerers are strange humanoids who are somewhat disconnected from reality, which lends them a warped appearance as though seen through a distorted mirror. It is said that those who are trapped within the Astral Plane may become flickerers over time. |
