Fleece of the Diseased Heart

Prerequisite: 6th level, a wool cloak

This is a “fleece” invocation, and you may only have one “fleece” invocation at a time.

As an action, you roll 1d10 for every 5 hit points less than your maximum hit points, and deal that much necrotic damage to all creatures in an 60-foot radius.
