A flash bomb is a special kind of Bomb (see the Dungeon Master's Guide for more information) that delivers a blinding flash in addition to a dangerous explosion. All characters in a ten foot radius of the bomb must make a DC 10 fortitude save or be blinded for 1d4 rounds. The bomb has a lethal blast radius of five feet; any creatures within five feet of the Flash Bomb take the indicated damage (DC 15 reflex half).
