Flame Touched (3.5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Flame Touched: A flame touched weapon seems to be composed entirely of flames though the wielder may hold it like a regular weapon. The weapon gains +4 fire damage and half of its normal damage becomes fire damage instead, also each hit creature receives an aditional d6 fire damage at the begining of the next round.
If the weapon has either the flaming ability or flaming burst ability, it deals an extra +2 fire damage per damage die the ability grants. As a move action, you may dissipate the blade of fire leaving only the handle. To relight it you must make a Use Magic Device check (DC 13) or use a command word.
Strong Evocation;CL CL 16th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor and flame blade, flame strike, or fireball; Market Price: +2 bonus.
