Daily  Arcane, Implement, Fire
Standard Action	Area Burst 2 within 10
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 2d8 + Charisma modifier fire damage, and the target takes 5 ongoing fire damage (Save ends).
