ACTIONS

Multiattack. The festerheart makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its glaive.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage and the festerheart regains hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage and 3 (1d6) necrotic damage. This is a magic weapon attack.

Gory Feast. The festerheart feeds on the corpse of one creature within reach that died within the past minute. The festerheart regains 9 (2d8) hit points and gains advantage on Strength-based attack rolls, Strength checks, and Strength saving throws for 1 minute.

Festerheart reapers are as deadly as they are mysterious, shrouded in hooded robes and wielding wickedly sharp blades empowered by shadowy energy. Reapers are created when the Festering overwhelms their very souls and they are employed as assassins by other festerhearts.
