Even animals can be affected by the Festering, which causes them to become horrific monsters entirely unlike the creatures they used to be. These mutated beasts can breathe a cloud of noxious gas that reeks of death and they eat flesh and plants with equal pleasure, regardless of their diet before they were transformed. |
