Sickle. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.

Gory Feast. The festerheart feeds on the corpse of one creature within reach that died within the past minute. The festerheart regains 9 (2d8) hit points and gains advantage on Strength-based attack rolls, Strength checks, and Strength saving throws for 1 minute.

Festerheart farmhands are the most common festerhearts and wherever the Festering spreads, these brutes are sure to be found. Though they aren't especially intelligent, their strength is remarkable and when they kill their enemies, they always take time to devour the corpses.
