The Fencing Cutlass is a cutlass-style sword with a slightly longer blade. It is balanced and all are considered masterwork from the quality of craftsmanship needed merely to make the blade functional (reflected in price). If used in one hand with the other hand empty, you may apply Weapon Finesse.
