Psionic Feats[edit]

List of Feats[edit]

Improved Astral Construct [Psionic] Feat[edit]

Benefit: This feat scales with the total Manifestor Level of a psionic character

  • Manifestor Level 1 = +1 to Caster Level for any summoning spell, +4 to Strength and Constitution for all summoned creatures
  • Manifestor Level 6 = +4 to Dexterity for all summoned creatures
  • Manifestor Level 11 = Summoned creatures now gain +2 natural AC and Improved Initiative
  • Manifestor Level 16 = All summoned creatures now last twice as long

Manifester Specialization [Psionic] Feat[edit]

Benefit: This feat scales with the total Manifestor Level of a psionicist. You select a discipline and apply the following bonuses to all powers under this set. You may take this feat multiple times, each time applying it to a new discipline

  • Manifestor Level 1 = For any damage affects the player rerolls any die that lands on a one.
  • Manifestor Level 6 = You count all abilities manifested as one free adjustment, which can be applied in any way described in the power.
  • Manifestor Level 11 = You add one damage per die to each damage based power in the discipline.
  • Manifestor Level 16 = You gain two free adjustments for each power manifestation.

Mind Reserve [Psionic] Feat[edit]

  • Manifester level 1: All damage from Psionic affects is increased by 1 point per die.
  • Manifester level 6: The Psionic is able to project a Mind Lance a bolt of force that is derived from his power level. The Mind Lance inflicts d4 damage for every 20 power points the Psionic possesses, maximum 8d4 damage. Using the Mind Lance is a standard action and has a range of 5 feet per Manifester level.
  • Manifester level 11: All damage affects have the damage increased by 2 points per die,
  • Manifester level 16: The psionics' Mind Lance can now inflict a maximum of 15d4 per use. This continues to work off of current power points, and does not use maximum power points for calculation.

Null Mind [Psionic] Feat[edit]

Prerequisite: The character may not be a psionic manifester and will never be able to wield psionic powers after taking this feat. The character may not take any other psionic feats, except for the feats that use Null Mind as a prerequisite.

  • Character Level 1 = The character gains resistance to psionic attacks. Whenever a psionic ability is used on the character the individual manifesting the power takes 2 points of damage. This damage cannot be reduced or negated.
  • Character Level 6 = Whenever an individual attempts to manifest a power directed at you (non area of effect powers) the DC for manifesting the power is increased by 3. If the individual fails the manifestation the psionic character still takes the 2 points of damage previously gained by this ability.
  • Character Level 11 = When targeted by a psoinic character the manifester loses their psionic focus.
  • Character Level 16 = The character now forces a higher save for area of effect attacks as well as targeted attacks.

Psionic Archery [Psionic] Feat[edit]

  • Character Level 1 = To use this Psionic Shot, you must expend your psionic focus. Your ranged attack deals +2d6 points of damage. You must decide whether or not to use this ability prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.
  • Character Level 6 = To use this ability, you must expend your psionic focus. You can resolve your ranged attack as a touch attack. You must decide whether or not to use this ability prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.
  • Character Level 11 = When you use the Psionic Shot ability, your ranged attack deals an extra 4d6 points of damage instead of an extra 2d6 points.
  • Character Level 16 = When you use the Psionic Shot ability, your ranged attack deals an extra 2d6 points of damage for each attack that round.

Psionic Combat [Psionic] Feat[edit]

  • Character Level 1 = To use this Psionic Strike, you must expend your psionic focus. Your melee weapon deals +2d6 points of damage. You must decide whether or not to use this ability prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.
  • Character Level 6 = To use this ability, you must expend your psionic focus. You can resolve your melee weapon as a touch attack. You must decide whether or not to use this ability prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.
  • Character Level 11 = When you use the Psionic Strike ability, your melee weapon deals an extra 4d6 points of damage instead of an extra 2d6 points.
  • Character Level 16 = When you use the Psionic Strike ability, your melee weapon deals an extra 2d6 points of damage for each attack that round.

Psionic Endowment [Psionic] Feat[edit]

Prerequisite: This feat is a prerequisite for other psionic feats unless the character has natural psionic abilities (i.e. psion class, elan etc.)

  • Character Level 1 = Your latent power of psionics flares to life, conferring upon you the designation of a psionic character. As a psionic character, you gain a reserve of 2 power points and can take psionic feats, metapsionic feats, and psionic Item Creation feats. You do not, however, gain the ability to manifest powers simply by virtue of having this feat.
  • Character Level 6 = When you take this feat, you gain 2 hit point for each psionic feat you have (including this one).
  • Character Level 11 = You must be psionically focused to use this feat. You receive a +1 dodge bonus to your Armor Class. This bonus stacks with the bonus from the Defensive Fighting feat in the combat section.
  • Manifester Level 16 = You gain 3 power points per level.

Psionic Unarmed Combat [Psionic] Feat[edit]

  • Monk Level 1 = To use this ability, you must expend your psionic focus. Your unarmed strike or attack with a natural weapon deals an extra 2d6 points of damage. You must decide whether or not to use this ability prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.
  • Monk Level 6 = To use this ability, you must expend your psionic focus. You can resolve your unarmed strike or attack with a natural weapon as a touch attack. You must decide whether or not to use this ability prior to making an attack. If your attack misses, you still expend your psionic focus.
  • Monk Level 11 = When you use the Psionic Fist ability, your unarmed attack or attack with a natural weapon deals an extra 4d6 points of damage instead of an extra 2d6 points.
  • Monk Level 16 = When you use the Psionic Fist ability, your unarmed attack or attack with a natural weapon deals an extra 2d6 points of damage for each attack that round.

Speed of Thought [Psionic] Feat[edit]

  • Character Level 1 = As long as you are psionically focused and not wearing heavy armor, you gain an insight bonus to your speed of 10 feet.
  • Character Level 6 = To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus. When you charge, you can make one turn of up to 90 degrees during your movement. All other restrictions on charges still apply; for instance, you cannot pass through a square that blocks or slows movement, or that contains a creature. You must have line of sight to the opponent at the start of your turn.
  • Character Level 11 = While you are psionically focused, you can take part of one of your move actions to traverse a wall or other relatively smooth vertical surface if you begin and end your move on a horizontal surface. The height you can achieve on the wall is limited only by this movement restriction. If you do not end your move on a horizontal surface, you fall prone, taking falling damage as appropriate for your distance above the ground. Treat the wall as a normal floor for the purpose of measuring your movement. Passing from floor to wall or wall to floor costs no movement; you can change surfaces freely. Opponents on the ground can make attacks of opportunity as you move up the wall.
  • Character Level 16 = You may expend your psionic focus to make another move action immediately. This ability cannot be used with other abilities in this feat.

War Mind [Psionic] Feat[edit]

Prerequisite: Null Mind

  • Character Level 1 = The backlash faced by a psionic when attacking a war mind is immense. Any individual manifesting powers against the character loses 1 hit point per hit die of the character and loses 4 power points. These losses can not be negated. This damage replaces the Null Mind level 1 ability for damage and the feats do not stack for damage purposes.
  • Character Level 6 = All psionic DCs are increased by 2 when targeting this character. This applies to all spells that include him as a target, and this modifier stacks with Null Mind
  • Character Level 11 = If the character is affected by a mind altering manifestation (charm, dominate) the manifester instead is inflicted with a cause critical wounds spell. This damage is in addition to the CL 1 ability. All other psionic manifestations cause the manifester to lose a number of power points equal to one half of the characters level. The power point lose over writes the power point lose from Level 1 of this power.
  • Character Level 16 = Any powers manifested against the character leave the manifester dazed for one round.
