Charge. If the haltija moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Innate Spellcasting. The haltija's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: bane, inflict wounds, speak with plants
1/day: tree stride

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The haltija makes two attacks: one with its flay and one with its ram.

Flay. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 4) slashing damage, and the target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 13 (3d8) psychic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't stunned.

Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

A feather haltija is a forest spirit born from the collective power of the ghosts of animals slaughtered for meat and driven by their anger and fear. It appears to be a tangled, shifting mass of antlers and bones from dozens of species; on either side are large moose antlers, almost winglike except that their subtle movements don't correspond to those of the creature as a whole. Underneath, several antlers jut out and curve together, forming a claw or mouth; from the center, a long, thin wire hangs down. Covered in spots of rust and dried blood, this wire has countless sets of blades running down either side of its length, and from a distance it could be mistaken for a massive feather.
The haltija acts on instinct, attacking both hunters and those it believes may be hunters. It may stalk its prey for several hours, darting between trees and keeping to the edges of their vision, but prefers to charge in and attack, wrapping its "tongue" around exposed flesh and stripping it to the bone in an instant. Although it cannot eat, the feather haltija enjoys tearing chunks of flesh from dead enemies to pull into itself and grind between its bones and antlers.
