Feared[edit]

You walk through a bustling town, watching the busy townsfolk in silence. Suddenly, a man points you out, and many others turn towards you. Their faces turn from gentle and welcoming to fearful and angry within seconds. The area silences and the townsfolk move out of your way to allow you to pass and do whatever business you came for. Some whisper quietly among each other while others scoff and yell empty threats. You finish quickly and leave the area, feeling the frightened and judgemental eyes stare at you as you head on your way.

You are feared and looked-down upon by many. What caused this predicament to fall upon you? Are you a criminal who's trying to redeem themselves? Are you a hideous or unnatural creature that strikes horror into others? Are you a powerful and mighty warrior who slays those in your way? Whatever the cause is for this fear, it is something that has become a part of your life and have adjusted to.

Languages: Any one language of your choice, including exotic if it suits your race or reason for being feared.

Equipment: a Hooded cloak, a trinket related to Your past, darkened Common clothes and a Belt Pouch with 10gp

Feature: Fearful Presence[edit]

Whenever people are around you, they feel a sense of uneasiness and anxiety. Due to this, many people tend to avoid contact with you in any way possible. Most individuals won't approach you unless they have a reason to, and others will stare from a distance. However, your presence can also be used to your advantage; confronting for information is easier due to individuals cracking under the pressure or giving you what you want to get away as soon as possible.


Suggested Characteristics[edit]

Feared individuals are usually quiet but powerful beings who tend to stay away from society as often as they can, only entering busy towns to collect information, buy and enchant items or accept quests. They are considered castaways and have little to no close relations. Due to their solidarity, feared individuals would rather gain from their own desires rather than the desires of others and are considered to be somewhat selfish. It is uncommon for a feared individual to put others before themselves unless they are close with them or have ulterior motives.
