The target is concealed by a glamour that masks image, sound, and scent, hiding them from all senses except touch and taste. The target also doesn't leave trails, make any noises or smells while interacting with objects or other creatures, and can't even be detected by True Seeing or any spell that would usually reveal invisible creatures. During the spell is duration, the target can decide if the spell will be active or not, but the time counting always works.
