Saving Throw: None or Will negates (see text)
To Develop: 4,005,000 gp; 81 days; 160200 XP. Seeds: Transport (DC 27). Factors: quickened power (+28), dismissible (+2 DC), override permanency restriction on different time stream duration (ad hoc +20 DC), hide display (+4 DC), different time stream (+8 DC), permanent duration (x5 DC).

You accelerate your current time frame as well as objects or creatures you touch infinitely allowing you to effectively act outside of time. You speed up so greatly that all other creatures seem frozen, though they are actually still moving at their normal speeds. You and the creatures you brought along are free to act for the duration of this power. Fire, cold, poison gas, and similar effects can still cause harm. While you are in the fast time stream, other creatures who are not similarly accelerated are invulnerable to your attacks and powers; however, you can create effects and leave them to take effect when you reenter normal time. You can enter areas that would negate powers as long as they are not of epic power (such as an epic spell or effect). You can affect an unattended object but not an object held, carried, or worn by another creature who is not similarly accelerated. You are undetectable by any means while your temporal acceleration lasts. Splintered or partitioned minds within your own mind, such as might be in effect through the use of powers such as schism are also speeded up if you desire (they do not count against the weight limit).
