Elemental Plane of Fire (Endhaven Supplement)

ELEMENTAL PLANE OF FIRE[edit]
Many planes fall under the influence of the Elemental Plane of Fire. These planes share properties in common with this elemental plane, as charted below:
- Mildly Fire
- Enhanced magic. Spells and spell-like abilities with the fire descriptor are cast at +1 caster level.
- Impeded magic. Spells and spell-like abilities with the water descriptor are cast a -1 caster level.
- Moderately Fire
- Enhanced magic. Spells and spell-like abilities with the fire descriptor are enlarged.
- Impeded magic. Spells that use or create water are cast at 1/2 caster level.
- Strongly Fire
- Fire-dominant.
- Enhanced magic. Spells and spell-like abilities with the fire descriptor are both maximized and enlarged (as if the Maximize Spell and Enlarge Spell had been used on them, but the spells don’t require higher-level slots). Spells and spell-like abilities that are already maximized or enlarged are unaffected by this benefit.
- Impeded magic. Spells and spell-like abilities that use or create water (including spells of the Water domain and spells that summon water elementals or outsiders with the water subtype) are impeded.
