The caster manipulates Electro to create one of the following effects in a 5-foot cube within range:
- A very loud crack, audible from up to 1 mile away, is created within the area.
- Static electricity within the area becomes much more potent, causing creatures inside to feel tingly and have their hair stick up.
- A bright light appears momentarily shedding bright light in a 120-foot radius, and causing each creature within the area to make a Constitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC. On a fail, affected creatures become blinded until the start of your next turn.
- One creature within the area must succeed a Dexterity saving throw against your Spell Save DC or be afflicted with Electro energy, leaving them with a Vulnerability to cold damage for 1 minute.
