Electric Fog (3.5e Ki Techniques)

Electric Fog[edit]
By spending 1 ki point, as a move action, you may create an effect similar to the fog cloud spell.
It works the same but it lasts 1 minute per class level.
When creating the fog or later, while the effect is active and you are within range, you may charge the spell with electricity as a move action. It deals 1d4 of electric damage +1d4 per each additional ki point spent (maximum 5d4) to everyone in the area or to anyone entering it later. Those inside the fog may escape it in their turn, before receiving any damage.
This counts as a supernatural ability.
