Eldritch Lineage
Sorcerer Subclass
In the long distant past, your ancestor made a deal with an unknown being for power that they could not achieve by themselves. The effects of this deal can be felt by those who can trace their lineage back to this individual. You are not bound to the unknown being as your errant family member was, but you can still benefit from the deal in a manner similar to that of the one who sought out the deal.
