Duergar Weapon Proficiency [Racial]

You gain proficiency with all picks and axes, and a scaling +1/2/3 bonus to attack rolls with them.

Prerequisite: Dwarven, Dark Iron Dwarf

Benefit: Due to your time spent underground in the mines, you have developed a keen sense of how to use certain tools, such as pick-axes. You gain proficiency with all picks and axes, and a scaling +1/2/3 bonus to attack rolls with them.
