Advancement

Psycostazi Commandants are seasoned leaders of the Psychostazis. It is they who break the wills of their victims, and from those victims who have no value, they create the Brutal Thralls. Above the Commandants are the leaders of the Psychostazi junta.

A Commandant typically has four Brutal Thralls as bodyguards.

Psionic Powers (Ps): Once per encounter, the Psycostazi Commandant may manifest the following powers: 5th—psionic dominate (DC 21) (include monstrous humanoids, etc.), modify memory (DC 21), mind probe (DC 21); 6th—death urge (DC 24, 2 rounds), mindwipe (DC 22, 3 negative levels); 7th—psychic crush (DC 23). At will, the psychostazi commandant may manifest energy ray (5d6).
