Possible ideas for variant dragonborn options for those that want more variety. As while dragonborn's have breath weapons that seems to be the only thing they inherited from their dragon ancestry.

Dragonborn ~ Three variants have evolved and walk around these days.

Horned ~ + 2 to Strength Checks ~ One of the most common variants among dragonborn's. ~ Making up the bulk of dragonborn society they are widely known for their large muscularly statures.

Tailed ~ + 2 to Acrobatics Checks ~ One of the lesser common variants among dragonborn's. ~ While not as well known as their horned or winged counter parts they have their ways of leaving marks.

Winged ~ +2 to Intelligence Checks ~ One of the most rare variants, with one born in every ten. ~ Known for their natural gifts with magic some of their own lands and those of foreign lands come to them asking for help.
