Dragon Weapon Proficiency (4e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Dragon Weapon Proficiency [Racial, Heroic]
You gain proficiency with a broad range of weapons, including weapons from the Dark Sun's player's guide, the Triple-headed flail, Tratnyr, Kukri, and Falx, and gain a +2 or +1 bonus to damage with them.
Prerequisite: Dragonborn
Benefit: Your Dragonborn warrior culture gives you the ability to wield some weapons more effectively than others. Dragonborn warriors often times train extensively with rare or obscure weapons, as they have ancient roots in traditions long forgotten by many warrior societies. While these can be unusual or even difficult to wield for ordinary races, the Dragonborn's natural aptitude for such weapons and particular fighting styles makes their use substantially more effective. Dragonborn for example have four extremely large fingers instead of five small one's, giving them a completely different grip in combat, and have more grip strength in general. You gain proficiency with the Gouge, the Triple-headed flail, the Urgrosh, the Spiked Chain, the Broadsword, the Khopesh, the Halberd, the Trident, the Tratnyr, the Kukri, the Serrated Pick, the Katar, the Scimitar, the Falchion, the Glaive, and the Falx (4e Equipment) weapons. You also gain proficency with the Gythka, Cahulaks, Trikal, Alhulak, and Carrikal. When you use the Falchion, Glaive, Scimitar, Kukri, Katar, Trident, Traynyr, Khopesh, Halberd, Serrated Pick, Gythka, Cahulaks, Trikal, Alhulak, Carrikal and the Broadsword, you gain a scaling +2/3/4 untyped bonus to damage rolls using the weapon. When you use the Gouge, Falx, Ugrosh, Spiked Chain, or Triple-headed flail, you gain a +1/2/3 scaling feat bonus to damage rolls using the weapon. When using any of these weapons, you gain a +1 feat bonus to weapon attack rolls when using the weapons.
