Draconic Gaze, Black
You can unleash the breath weapon of a black dragon.
Prerequisite: The eye of a black dragon.
Effect: You may use the breath weapon of a black dragon of the age category the dragon was when you claimed its eye. The breath weapon originates from the position of the eye instead of yourself. After it is used it cannot be used again for 1d4 days; this roll is made in secret by the DM, and if you attempt to use the breath weapon again before the allotted time has past nothing happens.
Special: If you have the Eye to Eye feat, you may also cast Mass Charm Monster once per day; this only affects reptilian animals and you may communicate with the charmed reptiles as though casting Speak with Animals, as per the black dragon ability.
