Dorejji (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Dorejji[edit]
“Demons of the lowest pit of hell, They consume all those who step in their domain”
Physical Description[edit]
Dorejji’s have a large void where their stomach would be, large spiked bones form like teeth right outside of the stomach. Their skin is a pale white or a light gray color, with their eyes been fully black. They resemble that of human with shape but, far from being human.
History[edit]
Not much is known about the Dorejjis as they do not leave their realm too often, though there are times they wish to feast on flesh which they hide in dark alleys awaiting their prey to come into sight. There have only been a few sightings of a Dorejji in the overworld but, from those sightings stories have been told about them. These stories talk about how the Dorejji hunt those lost in their worries and self hatred, primarily preying on the low and sickly as well as the drunks & druggers.
Society[edit]
In hell, they may be in the lowest pit of hell but they are also some of the most feared due to their ability to consume anything they wish via their stomach. For that reason most demons leave the Dorejjis alone so they don’t suffer the wrath of the Dorejji. Common Dorejjis wear tattered clothing, usually cloth, but leaders and stronger Dorejjis wear leather clothing and piercings for status.
