Doomspeaker[edit]

Warlock Subclass

Your Patron is a being who knows forbidden knowledge, a master of vile lore, and you can wield their dark power for your own ends.

Expanded Spell List
Spell Level Spells
1st Bane, Dissonant Whispers
2nd Augury, Blindness/Deafness
3rd Bestow Curse, Slow
4th Confusion, Phantasmal Killer
5th Contagion, Dominate Person

Blight Voice

Starting when you choose this archetype at level 1, as a bonus action you can force a target to make a Wisdom save vs your Spell Save DC, and if they fail you can reduce their AC or a modifier of your choice by your proficiency bonus for 1 minute. You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all charges during a short or long rest.

Omens

Beginning at level 6, as a bonus action, you can make a charisma check vs a target’s wisdom or intelligence check (Your choice). If you succeed, the target gains disadvantage on the next save they make. If you fail you gain disadvantage on the next skill check or save you make.

Skull Speaker

Starting at 10th level, you can spend 1 minute to reanimate the skull of a dead creature. While resurrected, the skull can be asked any question, and it must answer as truthfully as possible, but is limited by the creature's knowledge. The skull can speak common no matter what the creature's languages were in life. You can ask at maximum 3 questions, before the skull is destroyed. You must then complete a short or long rest before you can use this feature again.

Wicked Tongue

Beginning at level 14, you gain the power to say unspeakable blasphemies in a voice no mortal should ever hear. As an action, you can cause all creatures of your choice that can see or hear you to make a saving throw of your choice, taking 2d8 fire and 2d8 necrotic damage, and gaining one level of exhaustion. You must finish a long rest before you can use this again.
