Would it be OK if I made a bloodline which gives the ability of a +anima[edit]
- as long as I made a disclaimer and giving credit to ( I think it as Tokyopop ). Would it be OK to make a +anima bloodline. ( for those who don't know, +anima is a japanese manga from TokyoPop about humans with animal abilities).

Find out who the copyright holder is, then at the bottom of the page put "{{Copyright Disclaimer|owner=(copyright owner)|Franchise=(name of the manga)}}". If you're asking if it would be OK in terms of theme and mechanics, well, we'll have to see :)
