Where Could I Pick up a Copy of the 3.5 Player's Handbook?[edit]
I'm a new player who was just introduced to the game about a week ago, but I still am not fully informed about the game's fundamentals. I've been able to play two narrative games because I had previously played a D&D video game and knew some of the basics, but I see there is more to learn.
I was wondering if anyone here could answer a few of my questions, specifically: Where can I pick up a copy of the 3.5 player handbook? What class is suggested for begginners? How does one determine the ability modifiers based on the ability stats? Does leveling up produce extra skill points, if not, then how do you obtain more skill points? Does leveling up provide extra feat points, if not, then how do you obtain more feat points? How does one go about learning a proffession? How do you learn more languages?
Thank you, and I appreciate any answers to my many questions.

Two things. First, for future reference, this should go under the Discussion section of the site.
Secondly, lets answer your question. If you have a local comic/gaming shop that would be your best bet. 3.5 isn't impossible to find though the core books are becoming hot commodities. I know our local shop is begging people to come trade in 3.5 core because they have such a demand for them. If that doesn't work, ebay is always around. But expect to pay a bit more as people know that its highly sought right now. Hooper talk contribs email 06:40, 6 December 2008 (MST)
