What is this D20 thing? is it for games like world of darkeness or games like that? Or is it for dnd? Im confused.

D20 can refer to a few items, depending on the context. They are as follows:
- d20 could mean a 20 sided dice, that many games utilize
- d20 could mean the specific game D20 Modern and all its offshoots
- d20 could refer to the D20 System, a game system that showcases the 20 sided die (as well as others), used most notably by Wizards of the Coasts' games such as Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars, and D20 Modern.
