What are the least, lesser, major abbilities[edit]

In the book of nine swords the legacy weapons require rituals to unlock there abbilities. However it say that each on unlock a new level (Least, lesser and major) Which of the abbilities are actually Least, lesser or Major though!

This is actually a problem with legacy items. Even in the book they came from, Weapons of Legacy, nothing clarifies which abilities are the Least, Lesser, or Greater abilities. Apparently, you're somehow supposed to infer that the Least legacy unlocks the 5th to 9th levels, the Lesser unlocks the 10th to 16th levels, and the Greater unlocks the 17th to 20th levels. I've read through the book multiple times and I still don't know how you're supposed to figure that out - it took a 3rd party review of the book for me to catch on.
