Discussion:Homebrew license

I'm new to this Wiki and love seeing the contributions. I have a homebrew world of my own I would love to share with other gamers and have contemplated posting here. However, I see that the GNU states that what I post can be used, both commercially and non-commercially, by others. I'm all for other players using my world in their adventures. However, some time in the future, I would like to publish it. As I understand, someone else could take what I post and publish it commercially. Am I reading this correctly? If so, does anyone know of a location to post a homebrew world for non-commercial use?

You are in fact reading the license correctly. Sadly I'm not sure of any place that you can publish that sort of thing. I'm sure they exist, even if I don't know of one though.
