Okay, so in 5e what level would be suitable for a wizard, warlock, and cleric spell which summons a manes? I would imagine maybe 3rd or 2nd level spell, because raise undead is a 3rd level spell, the undead have a challenge rating of 1/4, and manes have a challenge rating of 1/8.

For those of you wondering, a mage would have to re-use the spell on the manes he/she has summoned to maintain control over them.
