Discussion:3.5 cleric abilities into 4th edition

I was looking at some of the 3.5 edition spells with some really cool stuff like the inflict wounds and creating undead and since im a dnd noob I was wondering if there was a way to make it viable in 4th edition. please help if you can

I know this is a bit late, but 4e Inflict Wounds is in Heroes of Shadow. It's a level 1 daily prayer, standard action, melee 1, causes 3d6 + Wisdom necrotic damage (an effect, no attack roll needed).
