Two Minds. The disciple has advantage on Wisdom saving throws made against spells and other magical effects.

Death's Hands. The disciple has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that has half of its hit points or fewer.

Regeneration. The disciple regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. If the disciple takes radiant damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the disciple's next turn.

Innate Spellcasting. The disciple's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). It can cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: fear, minor illusion
1/day: fireball

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The disciple uses Step into Darkness or Blood of the Demon Prince. It then makes two attacks.

Crooked Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage.

Step into Darkness. While in dim light or darkness, the disciple can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see that is also in dim light or darkness.

Blood of the Demon Prince (1/Day). The disciple sinks its blade into its chest, dealing 30 piercing damage to itself. This damage cannot be reduced or avoided. For the next hour, any weapon attack the disciple hits with also deals 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.

For one to worship Demogorgon they must already have a particularly warped psyche, meaning only the most loathsome and directionless souls follow him. The disciple is something more than a common maniac, however, as he stalks his prey with a cold and emotionless sort of determination, lead not by passion but by some carnal desire as deeply ingrained into him as the ability to breathe. The perfect host for the purest sort of evil, he is devoid of reason or mercy. An empty shell. A killer in the night with the prince of demons himself giving him strength.
