Devil curse
summary: Horns sprout from the head (or a tail, wings or other devil quality's) of person a who use magic or power from the underworld or mess with the laws of the world. They are considered a curse since they indicate a loss in humanity.
Effect: You gain Devil like physical quality's Horns, tail or small wings (the wings do nothing) etc. this makes you a outcast in society taking -5 to Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise and Gather Information.
Roleplaying Ideas: You did a forbidden ritual and it went bad etc. do what ever I don't know.
