Aasimar Subrace[edit]
Devai aasimar are highly intelligent and prideful. They are known for having a slight purple tint on their skin, as well as white markings that travel down their chests. Their eyes are notably blank white, and their bodies are well-toned.
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases by 1.
Mental Radiance. Starting at 3rd level, you can use your action to unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing your eyes to glimmer and an a blinding aureole to manifest like a ring around your head.
- Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. During it, you shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. Once on each of your turns, you can send out a strong pulse of energy out from yourself without an action. All creatures, excluding you, within the radius of bright light takes psychic or radiant damage, your choice. The damage equals your level.
- Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
