Standard Action	Ranged 5
Primary Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 3d8 + Charisma modifier force damage, and the target is immobilized (save ends). Make a secondary attack against the target.
Secondary Target: Primary Target
Secondary Attack: Constitution or Dexterity Vs. Fortitude.
Hit: 2d8 + Constitution or Dexterity modifier force damage, and you knock the target prone.
